Members of IFFR New Zealand enjoyed their 2024 Annual Weekend in Christchurch between 5 and 8 April 2024. Christchurch is still undergoing transformation after the 2013 earthquake and provided guests with lots to experience.
Activities over the weekend included a leisurely punt up the Avon river, riding trolley cares around the magical Botanical Gardens, and flying high on a gondola ride to view Christchurch and Lyttleton from the air. And of course, there were interesting planes to look at at Ferrymead Heritage Park, before the Sunday night farewell dinner at the Thirsty Peacock.
